Duck hunting on the Rio Hardy River in Mexico back in 2009. This was a 2 day trip and we bagged 30 ducks total, got our Airboat stuck on the dam the second day, but all in all had a great trip, can't wait until next time!

You get great all-around exercise when you use a stand-up paddle board because you need both strength and balance to remain upright and go through the water. Depending on where you use your paddle board, the intensity of your exercise will change. Tahoe wake surfing
